"I'm so upset with my case - after 1 journey it looks terrible. Theres white marks all over it where it looks like it has weakened going on holiday and the bottom zip was bent. Coming home it was worn and also the top zip was bent. Please could you get in contact with me. I have emailed you twice and got no reply"
