We deliver to the UK and Northern Ireland and the EU.
How quickly will I receive my product(s)?
Our regular delivery options are as below—you can select your preferred option on checkout.
Next Day Delivery
You'll receive your product the next day if your order is placed before 12pm. For orders placed after 12pm on Friday, the next working day will be considered Tuesday. Next day delivery is not available in Northern Ireland.
You'll receive your product within 2 working days if your order is placed before 3pm. For orders placed after 3pm on Friday, delivery will be Wednesday. Express delivery is not available in Northern Ireland.
You'll receive your order within 3-5 working days. We deliver between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
We're pleased to offer free delivery, with no minimum spend.
We will always deliver as swiftly as we can but please be aware that during busy periods, particularly around Black Friday, deliveries can sometimes take longer than usual.
Delivery times vary but please allow a minimum of 7 working days for your order to arrive. Some deliveries to the following countries may take up to 11 working days: Bosnia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Latvia, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine.
What if I'm not home for the delivery?
You'll receive a notification from DPD that your delivery is on its way, so if you know you won't be home, you'll be able to rearrange it in advance for a more convenient time.
If we still miss you, we'll leave a card at your address which will give you details on how to rearrange.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, you'll receive an email from our delivery partner, DPD, with your tracking code, once your parcel is on its way to you. You'll be able to rearrange a delivery date and time if you need to, via the DPD alert you receive.
Terms & Conditions of delivery
We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver the products ordered within the timescales indicated on your individual order confirmation.
Erroneously communicated addresses are the responsibility of the customer and may lead to extra charges.
All goods will be dispatched from Antler. If your product is not delivered within the specified timescale, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number. If you would subsequently like us to arrange a collection and a refund, we will be able to do that for you.
You may also specify a new delivery period that is appropriate in the circumstances and request that Antler delivers the products before the end of that period; and then, if Antler does not deliver in that extended period, you may treat the sale contract as at an end and request a full refund for the relevant products.
We only ship via a professional courier. We always require someone to sign for delivery. You accept that a delivery is signed for by a person other than the customer, provided that such person is present at the indicated address and an adult of 18 years or over. If there is no one present at the time of delivery, a card will be left with details for you to rearrange your delivery. Click here for full terms and conditions
