What delivery partner do you use?

Our courier partner is UPS.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all U.S. states excluding U.S. territories, Hawaii and Alaska. We’re unable to deliver to military or naval bases.

How long does delivery take?

Please allow 1-3 working days for the order to be processed.

Delivery times vary but please allow up to 9 working days for your order to arrive.

What if I'm not home for the delivery?

UPS will leave your parcel on your doorstep.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, you'll receive an email from our delivery partner, UPS, with your tracking code, once your parcel is on its way. You'll be able to rearrange a delivery date and time that is convenient for you.

Terms & Conditions of delivery

We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver the products ordered within the timescales indicated on your individual order confirmation.

Erroneously communicated addresses are the responsibility of the customer and may lead to extra charges.

All goods will be dispatched from Antler. If your product is not delivered within the specified timescale, please contact us at hello@antler.com with your order number. If you would subsequently like us to arrange a collection and a refund, we will be able to do that for you.

You may also specify a new delivery period that is appropriate in the circumstances and request that Antler delivers the products before the end of that period; and then, if Antler does not deliver in that extended period, you may treat the sale contract as at an end and request a full refund for the relevant products.

We only ship via a professional courier. We always require someone to sign for delivery. You accept that a delivery is signed for by a person other than the customer, provided that such person is present at the indicated address and an adult of 18 years or over. If there is no one present at the time of delivery, a card will be left with details for you to rearrange your delivery. Click here for full terms and conditions.

Can I exchange my purchase for another item?

The best way to do this is to return your unwanted item via our Returns system and place a new order. We will refund your return when it's been received back to our warehouse which takes up to 14 working days from the date of collection. We're not able to take part payments or facilitate part refunds.
