We’re pleased to offer Free Standard delivery on all Luggage. For orders under $100 there will be a $10.00 shipping fee added.

We also offer express and overnight delivery. The cost depends on your region. To see the cost, simply go to the checkout and you add in your shipping address.

We deliver to all U.S. states excluding U.S. territories, Hawaii and Alaska. We’re unable to deliver to military or naval bases.

Yes, you'll receive an email from our delivery partner, with your tracking code, once your parcel is on its way. You'll be able to rearrange a delivery date and time that is convenient for you.

We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver the products ordered within the timescales indicated on your individual order confirmation.

Erroneously communicated addresses are the responsibility of the customer and may lead to extra charges.

All goods will be dispatched from Antler. If your product is not delivered within the specified timescale, please contact us at hello@antler.com with your order number. If you would subsequently like us to arrange a collection and a refund, we will be able to do that for you.

You may also specify a new delivery period that is appropriate in the circumstances and request that Antler delivers the products before the end of that period; and then, if Antler does not deliver in that extended period, you may treat the sale contract as at an end and request a full refund for the relevant products.

We only ship via a professional courier. We always require someone to sign for delivery. You accept that a delivery is signed for by a person other than the customer, provided that such person is present at the indicated address and an adult of 18 years or over.
