Please send the order back in its original packaging, including the dust bag.
Once your return has been booked in, you will receive an email and/or text alert from Antler.
When we have had confirmation that your order has been received back in our warehouse, we will process your refund. The process from collecting your order to receiving your refund, usually takes 7-10 days for UK returns and may take longer for international returns.
When do you collect products?
We arrange collections in the UK Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays.
Can I exchange my purchase for another item?
If you would like to return a product and exchange it for another (whether from a different range or just a different size of the same product), you will need to return it first and then we can arrange a full refund for you. You can then place a new order, for the new product. At this time we're not able to take part payments, or facilitate part refunds. Thank you for bearing with us on this.
Do you refund delivery costs?
In the UK we offer free standard delivery within 3-5 days with our courier partner DPD. For an additional cost, we also offer next day and express delivery options, which you can select at the check out. If you then go on to return your purchase, we are unable to refund these delivery costs.
