What is your policy on returns?
We will accept the return of any goods within 28 days from the date of delivery. All items for return must be in their original packaging, including the dust bag, and must be unused.
Please note that items that have been personalised for you (such as luggage straps or bag tags), or are for personal use (such as ear plugs) are excluded and not available for return.
Do I have to pay for a return?
No, returns are complimentary.
How do I arrange a return?
To arrange a return please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state “Return Request” in the email subject header and include the following details:
- Full name
- Order number ( starts with 'US' )
- Number of items to be returned
- Name of items being returned
When we have this information we will email you with a returns label. Please package up your items in their original packaging including the dust bag if applicable, attach the label and take the package to a UPS drop off location. You can find your local drop off point HERE. When we have received your item, we will process your refund.
How long does a refund take to process?
Please allow up to 14 days from when we receive your returned item, for us to process your refund.
