Do I have to pay for a return?
No, returns are complimentary.

How do I arrange a return?
To arrange a return please contact our customer service team at hello@antler.com. Please state “Return Request” in the email subject header and include the following details:
- Full name
- Order number ( starts with 'US' )
- Number of items to be returned
- Name of items being returned
When we have this information we will email you with a returns label. Please package up your items in their original packaging including the dust bag if applicable, attach the label and take the package to a UPS drop off location. You can find your local drop off point HERE. When we have received your item, we will process your refund.

How long does a refund take to process?
Please allow up to 14 days from when we receive your returned item, for us to process your refund.
