"Dear Antler Customer Service, I am very disappointed with how my Order #15583 was shipped. I purchased one three-piece luggage set for SAR 2,800, but each piece was shipped under a separate waybill and, more importantly, each was declared at the full value of the entire set: This effectively made customs treat my purchase as three complete sets instead of one. Amount overpaid: SAR 1,166. 50. I trusted your company as a reputable retailer, and I am extremely disappointed with the way my purchase was handled."

"I bought this cabin bag for a long-haul flight but decided to give it a trial run on a three-day trip to Scotland. It wasn't until Day Two that I became convinced that I had left half my clothes behind. Thankfully, I still had plenty to wear, so thought no more of it. On Day Three, I remembered they were neatly folded away in the lid compartment. This cabin bag is deceptively spacious. It is also easy to manoeuvre and looks very stylish. I absolutely love it!"
