"The quality and looks of this backpack are very good, but a major drawback is the location of the loops for backpack straps. Placing on the side of the backpack makes the backpack to bend when the backpack is not fully stuffed, making the pack not only looks weird but also uncomfortable to wear on the shoulders. The loops should be placed at the back near the bottom that would avoid the problems or at least improve. Because I intend to use it as a backpack 99% of the time, I am considering return it because it is uncomfortable and in bended shape, although I really wanted to keep it for the looks"
