Logo set

"Logo Large suitcase and three piece luggage set ordered direct from Antler on-line. As expected the quality is excellent and at a decent price. I’ve had hard shell suitcases before but cheap ones purchased off the likes of Ebay or Amazon and whilst suitable and useful for the holiday they were ordered for, on returning home they’d often be damaged. Hence, after some research and talking with a few friends and family, it became clear that you get what you pay for and that ordering a quality brand would mean they’d more likely last, would have a warranty and had spare parts/replacement parts if damage occurred. I did some active searching on-line looking at what was available for our budget of around £400 to £500 for a large case and a three piece set. Once I’d decided on what styles from various manufacturers I liked that fell within the budget I compared their pros and cons. After much deliberation I chose Antler and their Logo range suitcases in black. On arrival, which was only a four days from ordering, the cases were unpacked and are suberb. Lightweight and strong with quality TSA locks that have three digit codes that easily set from 000 to a code of your own choosing. The internal lining is very good quality as are the zips and fastening straps. We have yet to use them on a trip or holiday, but I’m sure they will last as they are noticeably of a superior quality to the cheap unbranded cases you can buy online. When the three piece set was opened it was found that the medium size case was of the Icon style rather than Logo. I emailed Antler customer services who responded the following day. They arranged for a replacement case to be sent out and to collect the incorrect case. It was obviously an oversight from the manufacturing plant/warehouse and was easily and competently remedied. The customer service representative that I dealt with, Leangel was excellent and emailed with regular updates. All in all really impressed with how professional and speedy they sorted the problem. If you are looking at purchasing a new case or set of cases you could do a lot worse than purchasing Antler."

Package sent back, unhelpful customer service

"I recently ordered a set to be delivered to a pickup station, but the package was immediately returned to Antler without any notification or explanation. I reached out to your customer service, but unfortunately, the AI bot has not been helpful in resolving the issue or providing further assistance. This experience has been quite frustrating, and from a customer service perspective, it leaves me uncertain about ordering from Antler again in the future. I would appreciate it if a representative could look into this matter and assist me in ensuring the package is either re-delivered or refunded promptly."

Durable and Stylish

"Absolutely 100% the best. Prices are competitive but far superior to other brands. Strong industrial strength zips. Beautifully lined. I have always bought Antler suitcases and wouldn’t buy any other brand. My mother encouraged me to buy Antler, my first set of suitcases when I was 20years old from Walsh’s department store in Sheffield. I loved the red square vanity case at the time and two red matching suitcases. . Can highly recommend You will not be disappointed."

"Product arrived promptly. Lightweight cases wrapped in their own packaging. However noticed a slight mark on the cabin bag, only noticed when we went to use it. Capacity for cabin bag is ok, think a soft shell case is better for short trips."

Poor customer service

"I brought 5 bags during Black Friday. Only 3 had arrived almost a month later. I have tried contacting Antler in every way possible and all I got is an AI generated response. 10 days in I finally made contact with a person over WhatsApp. This has still not lead to a solution, all I get told is that they are looking into it. Absolutely shocked at the slow service received."
