The Greyhound on the Test, Stockbridge, Hampshire
Its name dates back to the use of greyhounds for hunting, whilst the inn itself was established in the 1800s. The restaurant serves British cuisine with a seasonal twist, and if you're a fly fishing fan, this is the place to be — the town is famed for being the centre of English fly fishing.
